Terms of Service
Hyprland Custom Setup Service — Please read before purchasing.
1 Deliverables
- One custom Hyprland setup based on your chosen template (Minimal, Aesthetic, Cyberpunk, Cozy, or Professional)
- Customization includes colors, wallpaper, and keybinds per your specifications
- Fully configured dotfiles delivered via private GitHub repository
- One 20-minute walkthrough call, scheduled within 7 days of delivery
- Seven (7) days of email support for setup-related questions
2 Timeline
- Setup delivered within 5-7 business days of completed intake form
- Walkthrough call scheduled within 7 days of delivery
- Email support valid for 7 days after walkthrough call
3 Customization Scope
- Customization limited to: colors, wallpaper, keybinds, and minor layout adjustments
- Additional features not in base template (e.g., custom scripts, new tools) are out of scope
- One round of revisions included if deliverable doesn't match specifications
4 Client Responsibilities
- Complete intake form within 48 hours of purchase
- Respond to questions and clarification requests within 48 hours
- Attend scheduled walkthrough call (or reschedule with 24-hour notice)
- Failure to respond within 7 days forfeits service — no refund
5 Refund Policy
- Full refund if setup not delivered within 10 business days
- Full refund if setup doesn't match agreed specifications after one revision
- No refund if client fails to complete intake form or attend walkthrough call
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
6 Intellectual Property
- You receive full rights to your delivered dotfiles
- You may modify, share, or distribute your custom setup freely
- Base templates remain property of HyprStylish, but you may use your customized version without restriction
7 Support Limits
- Email support is limited to setup-related questions for 7 days
- Ongoing support, troubleshooting unrelated issues, or teaching beyond the walkthrough call is not included
- Additional support available at $50/hour (optional)
8 Limitation of Liability
- Setup delivered "as-is" and tested on standard Arch Linux installation
- Not responsible for issues arising from custom system configurations, hardware incompatibilities, or user modifications
- Client is responsible for backing up their system before installation

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
