Terms of Service - HyprStylish

1 Deliverables

One fully custom Hyprland desktop environment, designed and built from scratch based on your intake form
Complete stack configuration: Hyprland, Waybar, Rofi, terminal emulator, GTK theming, notification daemon, lock screen, and wallpapers
Three (3) complete color schemes applied across your entire stack with a theme switching system
Fully documented dotfiles delivered via private GitHub repository with commented configs and README
Tested install script for one-command setup
One 30-minute walkthrough call, scheduled within 7 days of delivery
Fourteen (14) days of direct support for setup-related questions after delivery
Personal future-proofing reference document written for your specific build

2 Timeline

Setup delivered within 5–7 business days of completed intake form and payment
Walkthrough call scheduled within 7 days of delivery
Direct support valid for 14 days after delivery

3 Build Scope

Build includes your full Hyprland desktop stack: compositor config, bar, launcher, terminal, notifications, lock screen, GTK/Qt theming, and wallpapers
Three complete color schemes with a switching system included
Custom scripts or tools not part of the standard Hyprland desktop stack (e.g., custom daemons, non-standard applications) may be out of scope — discuss in the intake form
One full rebuild included free of charge if the delivered setup doesn't match your vision

4 Client Responsibilities

Complete intake form within 7 days of purchase
Respond to questions and clarification requests within 48 hours
Attend scheduled walkthrough call (or reschedule with 24-hour notice)
Failure to complete intake form or respond to messages for more than 7 days forfeits the service — no refund

5 Guarantee & Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your setup within 14 days of delivery, I will rebuild it from scratch based on your feedback — free of charge
Full refund if the rebuild still doesn't meet your expectations
Full refund if setup not delivered within 10 business days of intake form completion
No refund if client fails to complete intake form within 7 days of purchase or is unresponsive for more than 7 days
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

6 Intellectual Property

You receive full rights to your delivered dotfiles and all associated configs
The delivered setup is entirely yours — no restrictions on modification, sharing, or distribution
You may use, fork, publish, or build upon your custom setup without limitation

7 Support Limits

Direct support is limited to setup-related questions for 14 days after delivery
Ongoing support, troubleshooting unrelated system issues, or teaching beyond the walkthrough call is not included
Additional support beyond the 14-day window available at $50/hour (optional)

8 Limitation of Liability

Setup delivered and tested on standard Arch Linux installation
Not responsible for issues arising from custom system configurations, hardware incompatibilities, or user modifications after delivery
Client is responsible for backing up their system before installation

Agreement By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all HyprStylish custom build purchases made through any payment method.
